TATA Realty has partnered with Tabreed in India for its Intellion Park project in Gurugram that will see implementation of the first Cooling as a Service (CaaS) model in India. This collaboration aims to deliver superior value to occupants, while promoting higher standards of ESG and wellness in commercial and mixed-use real estate developments.
This alliance aims to spearhead the adoption of captive campus District Cooling systems in Tata Realty’s Intellion Park, which is a 3.5 million square feet IT development in Gurugram. Tabreed has acquired Intellion Park’s existing cooling infrastructure and is expanding its capacity through greenfield development, to provide primary and secondary side cooling services for 6,600 RT of contracted cooling load. Tabreed will invest up to USD 15 million and provide long-term, SLA-based cooling services to Intellion Park with well-defined parameters to improve energy efficiency, asset longevity, system reliability and reduce life cycle costs of cooling for tenants.
