Over the past years Tabreed in India has partnered with a diverse set of organisations and industry bodies in support of projects and programs that promote thermal comfort as an integral component of sustainable living that should be accessible to all sections of society. These partnerships cut across industry bodies, multilateral organisations, think-tanks, NGOs/CSOs, like minded businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
Tabreed in India has collaborated on initiatives by think-tanks and multilateral organisations such as Alliance for an Energy-Efficient Economy (AEEE), Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the World Bank amongst others, that seek to build knowledge on sustainable cooling through reports and workshops.
Tabreed in India has also supported the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, in crafting District Cooling Guidelines, and engaged with State Governments for the implementation of district cooling projects including transaction advisory support. Additionally, Tabreed in India has participated in relevant industry forums organised by bodies such as The Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA), The India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as well as multilaterals like the World Bank, The International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Cool Coalition, including events such as G20 and COP28.
Tabreed in India is a member of Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA), Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA), Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE), The Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE), and the Cool Coalition- UNEP.
